Episode :
Mochizuki Tomoya is an individual who lives independently, relying solely on his day job at a convenience store for financial support. Although he has a strong passion for eroge, he lacks skills in drawing, writing, and composing, and possesses limited knowledge of business. Nevertheless, his aspiration is to secure a position at an eroge studio to create the games he loves, eroge.
Tomoya’s fortunes change when he comes across a job advertisement for the local studio, Flower. After an unexpected meeting with the company president, who surprisingly resembles an elementary school child, he successfully obtains a position as the administrator of the company’s website. However, Tomoya’s excitement about entering the eroge industry is short-lived, as he soon discovers that Flower is in jeopardy due to the poor performance of their debut title.
Upon playing Flower’s first game, Tomoya realizes that his colleagues lack knowledge about eroge, missing the necessary insight and understanding to develop a quality game. With encouragement from the president of Flower’s parent company and some introspection, Tomoya decides to take the initiative to rescue Flower by educating the four female staff members on the essential elements that contribute to a successful eroge. The narrative thus centers on Tomoya’s role as a pseudo-consultant while he builds relationships with the four heroines, offering players a captivating glimpse into the realm of eroge development.
